By creating an account or using MyPocketFinPlan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
MyPocketFinPlan is a personal financial planning workspace for individuals and families. It lets you record your family profile, income, expenses, assets, investments, liabilities, goals and planning assumptions, import investment statements, and view calculations and projections based on what you have entered.
MyPocketFinPlan is a software tool. It organises the information you provide and applies mathematical formulas to it. It does not review your circumstances, does not recommend products, and does not execute transactions of any kind.
MyPocketFinPlan is not a bank, broker, mutual fund, portfolio manager, distributor, investment adviser or financial product provider, and is not registered with SEBI or any other financial regulator.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter. Every output the application produces depends entirely on those inputs and on the assumptions you choose. Inaccurate or outdated inputs will produce inaccurate results.
Imported statements may contain formatting variations, missing fields or data that cannot be interpreted correctly. You should review all imported records — holdings, values, SIPs and ownership — before relying on them. MyPocketFinPlan does not guarantee that every imported record will be complete, correctly classified or error-free.
Returns, inflation, expense growth, retirement corpus, goal funding and similar figures are estimates produced by formulas applied to assumptions. They are illustrative only and are not forecasts or guarantees of future results. Actual outcomes will differ.
MyPocketFinPlan makes no guarantee of any financial outcome, return, corpus, savings level or goal achievement. Nothing in the application should be read as an assurance of performance.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
The MyPocketFinPlan application, its design, calculation logic, and related materials are owned by the operators of MyPocketFinPlan. The financial information you enter remains yours; using the service does not transfer ownership of your data to us.
MyPocketFinPlan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service is under active development: features may be added, changed or removed, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyPocketFinPlan and its operators will not be liable for investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from decisions you make based on its outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. Please read it alongside this document.
You may stop using MyPocketFinPlan at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or other users.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
