This notice explains, in plain English, what information MyPocketFinPlan collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. MyPocketFinPlan is a personal financial planning workspace — your planning data belongs to you.
Last updated: 9 August 2026
We collect only what is needed to run your planning workspace:
We do not ask for, and you should not enter, information you are not comfortable storing in the application.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.
When you upload a CAS or other investment statement, the file is processed so that investment information — such as scheme names, ISINs, folio numbers, units, values and transactions — can be extracted and saved to your account.
If a statement is password protected, the password you enter is used only to open the file during that import and is not stored.
Uploaded files and the records extracted from them are stored in your account and are scoped to you. Importing a new statement for the same owner replaces that owner's previous imported snapshot in the application.
The application currently relies on the following measures:
No online service can be described as completely secure, and we make no such claim. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.
We keep the information in your account for as long as your account remains active, so that your plan stays available to you. Records you delete inside the application are removed from your working data. Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited period as part of normal service operation.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings. Doing so permanently removes your planning records and any statements you have uploaded, and closes your login. We cannot promise instantaneous or irreversible erasure from every backup copy at the moment of your request.
You can:
MyPocketFinPlan uses a small number of infrastructure providers to run the application. As of the date of this notice these are:
These providers process data on our behalf so the service can function. We do not share your financial information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
MyPocketFinPlan is intended for adults. It is not designed for children to independently create or operate accounts. Adults may record details about their children or dependants as part of family financial planning; that information is entered and controlled by the adult account holder.

We may update this notice as the product develops. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyPocketFinPlan after an update means you accept the revised notice.
